Come prepared to assess your current fundraising practices against industry standards, learn from others who have similarly-sized programs, and leave with the understanding of next steps for your program. Attendees will be given a Development Self-Assessment Tool to complete, talk in small groups with fundraisers with similar results, and discuss next steps for building a roadmap to success for your fundraising program. Small shop focused.

Jen Lee, 
Consultant, Campbell and Company

Jen is a fundraising consultant at Campbell and Company, and brings to her client engagements over a decade of combined experience as both a consultant and an in-the-trenches fundraiser. She has particular expertise in relationship-based fundraising where giving is a result of meaningful, long-term engagements. She is known for being able to quickly identify the gaps in a development program and proposing the most effective solutions. Jen holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Management from Berklee College of Music and a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths University of London.
