Program Description: 

How can your non profit evolve and use the internet to attract new donors and engage current donors? Content is key. Attend this interactive session as Corinne Cavanaugh, a digital marketing consultant from Donor Swell, and her client Catherine Willis Cleveland from Hedgebrook, a non profit based on Whidbey Island, share key website tweaks and video content that increased reach and donations. View content examples and learn best practices you can bring back to your organization. 

In this session, you will learn: 

  • Recognize effective digital marketing tactics for non profits
  • Identify opportunities for improvement on your non profit's website
  • Observe quality fundraising video content ideas

 

This program is eligible for 1.5 CFRE credit hours. Please note that you are required to self track your own credit hours.

Speakers: 

Corinne Cavanaugh, President of Donor Swell, is passionate about enabling non profits to thrive. Over the last 12 years she has honed her marketing expertise to help non profits and NGOs with the challenge of attracting new online donors and engaging current donors digitally. Corinne is an Executive Board Member of Rotarian Malaria Partners and Vice President of Membership for the Rotary Club of Seattle (#4).


Previously Corinne founded and led a social media marketing firm for 5 years providing consulting and community management. She then became a certified instructor for a Fortune 100 company, training staff and leadership of organizations across the United States to excel in digital marketing, including; content development, website design, search engine optimization, email marketing and social media marketing.

Catherine Willis Cleveland, has raised nearly 10 million dollars in 'first time' funding sources, including from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She’s also innovated new programs, & scaled-up capacity.

A graduate of Northwestern University, and Seattle's Leadership Tomorrow program, she is energized by relationship-building, strategic planning, and engaging a ‘sum of parts’ in support of regional and global communities.
