Program Summary

Joy. Surprise. Delight. As fundraisers, it’s our privilege to create moments of happiness for our donors each time we interact with them. So imagine you’re asked to make a list of a dozen new ways to do just that. Are you madly scribbling, uncomfortably sweating, or doing a little of both? No matter your reaction, creating fresh and fun new ways to bring joy to donors’ lives is no easy task. But it’s one worth during, and regularly, if you aspire to build the kind of donor relationships that a last a lifetime.

After this workshop, you’ll eagerly head back to your office with:

  • Dozens of new ideas and insights to help you communicate, celebrate, and connect with your donors in more meaningful and impactful ways
  • Prompts and resources to help you strengthen your creative inspiration and imagination
  • Greater appreciation for the role of creativity in the workplace and the power of innovative thinking to strengthen donor relationships

Speaker

Shanon Doolittle is a Born Do-Gooder, High-Fiving Fundraising Coach & Girl On A Mission to Spread Donor Happiness. Shanon helps non-profiteers and world-changers take better care of themselves and their donors with creative stewardship plans and donor thank you campaigns that put the FUN back in fundraising. (Cue the confetti!) If you’ve got donors dropping like flies, it’s time to point more appreciation their way. They’re humans too, and just like you they want to be showered with recognition for their good deeds and trust in you that their contributions are leaving a T-Rex imprint on the causes they rally behind.
