Erica Mills is a lecturer at the University of Washington and Director of the Nancy Bell Evans Center on Nonprofits & Philanthropy at the UW’s Evans School of Public Affairs & Governance. As CEO of Claxon and President of Claxon University, Erica teaches nonprofits how to use better words to create a better world. Erica is author of Pitchfalls: why bad pitches happen to good people and creator of The Wordifier, an online tool based on the only primary research available on how nonprofits use language.
